The Carrollton Housing Authority not only provides public housing, but we also have a private sector. We offer two and three bedroom houses and duplexes at an affordable rate and with little to no wait. Our rates start at $350 to $550 depending on the unit that you choose.
To qualify for these units, you must come into the office to receive a pre-application. Our application process is as follows: criminal background check on anyone 18 years of age and older, verification of the past five years of residency, and a credit check. We also require copies of Photo ID, Social Security Cards, Birth Certificates, and Verification of household income.
